1. Where do ROOPAWAN deliver?
Roopawan.com offers deliveries throughout Malaysia and international deliveries both via PosLaju & GDEX. Both PosLaju & GDEX are express delivery service with tracking number and insurance.
2. Which international country do ROOPAWAN deliver to?
International orders are shipped via GDEX globally. Fill up the complete overseas address at check-out page for respective GDEX rates to each countries. However, special arrangement can be considered for unlisted countries. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any enquiries.
3. How long does it take to deliver my parcel?
All orders ship out from our merchant's warehouse a day after payment been received. Do expect to receive your parcel within 2 to 3 business days after date of shipment for Peninsular Malaysia. As for Sabah and Sarawak it may take an extra day or two. International delivery transit time is subject to custom clearance at destination countries.
4. Has my order been shipped yet?
An email will be sent to your registered email address to inform you regarding the current status of you order. Once the order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email for your convenience to track your parcel's whereabouts. Please be advised that orders will only be shipped out the next day upon receipt of payment.
5. Can I choose to pick my order up from your store?

6. How do I track my parcel?
You may track the whereabouts of your parcel by clicking on the PosLaju link: http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/ or GDEX link at: http://www.gdexpress.com/malaysia/e-tracking Key in your unique consignment number provided into the tracking box and click 'track'.
7. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
If you received faulty item, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Items must be in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept exchanges of items sold. Underwear, socks, earrings and swimwear are not eligible for free returns.
